We’re here to share scheduling information for cosplayers at the Star Trek Las Vegas convention. It’s a new idea, so feedback is always welcome. The idea is to share information on who will be doing what, and when, so that we can all make better decisions. For instance, so that photographers can know what’s going down when and where, or people in multiple groups, or potentially multiple groups, can make decisions.
The general plan, right now, is for groups to post their information on the page. We, the Quartermasters, will compile the information into a Google calendar for all to see. The link will be in a Note, so that it’s always easy to find the current calendar.
The basic information to post would be the group’s or individual’s theme, a contact person and when you’re planning on doing your cosplay. If you want to keep your group’s theme secret, just use a code word or title instead. Locations will also be helpful, especially so the photographers know where to be.
We want to help make STLV 2016, the 50th Anniversary!!!!, as awesome as possible. If you have ideas and suggestions on how to improve this service, please let us know via a post or a personal message.
